Venus Reviews is an editorial review and buying-guide site. We do not sell products, process payments, pack orders, ship packages, manage customer accounts, or handle returns.
When you choose a product, any purchase happens on the retailer’s own website. That retailer sets the shipping cost, delivery speed, packaging policy, tracking process, customs handling, return rules, warranty support, and customer-service route.
Before You Buy
Before placing an order, check the retailer’s current policy pages and checkout details for:
- Shipping costs and delivery estimates for your location
- Whether discreet packaging and discreet billing are offered
- Tracking availability and carrier information
- Customs, duties, import limits, or restricted destinations
- Return eligibility, hygiene exclusions, warranty terms, and support contacts
Order Questions
For questions about an existing order, payment, shipment, delivery issue, return, refund, or warranty claim, contact the retailer you bought from through its official support channel. Venus Reviews cannot look up, change, refund, or troubleshoot retailer orders.
